Query Tools

Our Query Tools allow you to access your Ghost Transaction Log file to inspect each aspect of a web customers online transaction activity.  This can be a powerful tool for your Customer Service or Reservation agents if customers have questions about an online booking.

Log data can be queried by name, date or range of dates, PNR locator number, or any key words.

If desired, the query result can be exported into a variety of file formats to be passed along.
